1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (like your Smart Invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture pieces.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly by the customer.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We've designed our return process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Follow these steps to request a return:

Contact Support

Email us at sales@bleghafricafurnitures.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you a Return Authorization alongside detailed instructions.

Pack and Send

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. We will either schedule a pickup (within Nairobi) or provide drop-off instructions.

3. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in packaging and handling our furniture, but accidents occasionally happen during transit.

  • Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please take clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging, and attach them to your email.
  • We will arrange for a prompt replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
