1. Order Processing

We know you are excited to receive your new furniture. All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EAT) on business days are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your smart invoice once your order is successfully placed.

2. Delivery Timelines & Costs

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition. Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your location.

Nairobi & Environs

Standard Delivery: 1-2 Business Days

Cost: Ksh 1,500

Rest of Kenya

Express Delivery: 3-5 Business Days

Cost: Ksh 3,000

3. Assembly & Installation

Many of our premium pieces require professional assembly to ensure structural integrity and longevity.

  • Within Nairobi: Complimentary professional assembly is included with all major furniture purchases. Our delivery team will set up the item in your room of choice.
  • Outside Nairobi: Items are shipped securely flat-packed. Detailed, easy-to-follow assembly instructions and necessary hardware are included in the packaging.

4. Receiving Your Order

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please adhere to the following guidelines when receiving your furniture:

  • Ensure someone aged 18 or older is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the items.
  • Please measure your doorways, hallways, and stairwells prior to ordering to ensure the furniture will fit into your home.
  • Inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
